They are very comfortable and soft, and your feet feel relaxed in these shoes. The size matches the stated measurements for both women's and men's pairs.

These are the best purchase of the year. Absolutely perfect, comfortable and stylish. I would get a half size up. This left me a little more town room which feels really good. I have to get a couple of extra pairs. I love these.
