  • Enter your order number and email address to begin.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

2. What Items Are Eligible for Return?

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care items (beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

4. Return Shipping:

  • For all orders, both Domestic and International, we provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with detailed instructions to return the item to the nearest Post Office.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is free if the item received is damaged or incorrect. In all other cases, any return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.

    5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    Inspect your items upon receipt. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

    6. Exchanges:

    • We allow exchanges for selectable item variants. Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped.
    • The fastest way to exchange is to first return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item once the return is accepted.

    7. Refund Options:

    We offer the following refund options:

    • Refund to your original payment method.
    • Refund in store credit (if applicable).

    8. How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card account.

    9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

    For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging). Proof of purchase is required.
